Cost Control Specialist

General Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing industries (automotive, motorcycle, or supplier industries). Hands-on experience in product costing, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and production cost calculation methodologies. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Proficient in MS Office applications. Being an active motorcycle rider or having a strong interest in motorcycles is considered an asset. Job Description Prepare product cost analyses for new motorcycle model projects, including BOM, labor, and overhead costs. Conduct target costing studies and variance analyses. Analyze and report cost deviations occurring in production processes. Monitor material, labor, and manufacturing expenses in detail. Perform cost breakdown and cost tracking activities during both project and mass production phases. Develop cost improvement initiatives in collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams. Prepare regular reports and provide analytical insights to management.
