Position The Screen Print Reclaim Operator is responsible for reclaiming, cleaning, and preparing screen print screens for reuse. This role ensures screens are properly stripped of ink and emulsion, maintained to quality standards, and ready for production, supporting efficient and consistent screen printing operations. Your Role Remove ink, emulsion, and haze from used screens using reclaim chemicals and equipment Wash, degrease, and dry screens to prepare them for re-coating Inspect screens for damage, pinholes, or mesh issues and report or repair as needed Maintain reclaim area cleanliness and organization Properly handle, store, and dispose of chemicals according to safety and environmental guidelines Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE Assist with screen coating, drying, and staging when required Meet production schedules and turnaround times for screen availability Perform routine maintenance on reclaim equipment Other duties as required Physical Demands And Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry screens (typically up to 40 lbs) Comfortable working in a wet, chemical-based environment Production shop environment Exposure to reclaim chemicals, water, and noise Requires use of protective equipment such as gloves, aprons, and eye protection Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior screen printing or reclaim experience a plus, but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic understanding of chemicals and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Company Culture We are proud to offer eligible associates a full-range of benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, 401K, Profit Sharing, paid time off, holidays, and reimbursement toward gym membership fees.
