Human Resources Manager(Manufacturing Industry) Manufacturing/ Medical device manufacturing background. This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, requiring flexibility for a multiple-shift operation. The Senior Manager, HR directs, coordinates, and administers all human resources activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services. This role implements HR strategies to attract, manage, develop, and retain employees to achieve current and future business objectives. Main Responsibilities HR leadership: Lead implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through HR staff. Advise division managers on HR issues. Employee relations: Counsel business leaders to maintain positive employee relations. Assess internal climate and recommend actions. Policy development: Recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; maintain employee handbook. Recruitment and retention: Support recruitment, orientations, career-pathing, counseling, and exit interviewing. Develop proactive strategies to meet turnover goals. Training programs: Work with managers to develop training plans. Analyze requirements and recommend programs for employee and management development. Compensation management: Administer compensation programs, ensure pay consistency and equity, compose job profiles, and assist with salary administration. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: At least 5 years in HR positions and 2 years managing people. Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state laws. Skills: Ability to manage concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and deliver presentations. Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: PHR or SPHR. Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee assistance program
