Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field, Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources , Preferably experienced in HR roles within logistics, cargo, retail, operations, or high-volume field organizations, Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, personnel affairs, and timekeeping processes, Experience working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees, Preferably experienced in subcontractor and vendor management, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, Strong communication and relationship management skills, Strong organizational and follow-up skills, Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, Strong team player with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, Based in or willing to be based on the Anatolian side of Istanbul or in/around Gebze. Job Description Analyze the HR needs of assigned regional operations and support the effective execution of relevant HR processes, Identify regional recruitment needs and manage candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes, Ensure end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes are carried out in line with company policies and procedures, Plan and follow up on orientation and onboarding processes for new employees, Support the effective implementation of performance management, talent management, career development, and employee engagement processes across the field, Identify employee development needs and contribute to the planning and implementation of training and development initiatives, Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, Follow up on employee relations and disciplinary processes in line with company policies and procedures, Monitor employee personnel records, leave, absenteeism, attendance, timesheets, and overtime processes in coordination with relevant teams, Prepare regular HR reports, analyze data, and contribute to identifying improvement areas and action plans, Follow up on HR processes related to subcontracted employees and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders, Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, engagement, and communication across the field, Ensure the consistent and effective implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and practices across regional operations, Support the compliance of HR processes with applicable labor legislation and company policies, Perform required transactions in HR systems and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
