We are an independent, predominantly employee-owned company, adhering to the fiduciary standard to put our clients' interests first.&nbsp;We focus our efforts on helping clients meet their&nbsp;investment objectives without the distractions and limitations that can arise within much larger organizations.&nbsp;&nbsp; The Role&nbsp; We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as an Associate.The Associate&nbsp;will work closely with the rest of the team to manage important elements of the client relationship. &nbsp;Flexible start time of 6-7:30 am. Expectation is ~10-12-hours per day, resulting in ~50-60 hours per week subject to business needs This role will help&nbsp;build the foundation you need to&nbsp;successfully grow within the company.&nbsp;If you are looking&nbsp;to make an impact&nbsp;on a thriving business,&nbsp;want&nbsp;upward mobility&nbsp;within a firm, want to challenge yourself and&nbsp;be a part of a&nbsp;high-performing team,&nbsp;this role may be&nbsp;the one for you.&nbsp;Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp; Support&nbsp;the Partners&nbsp;and their team by providing operational functions such as:&nbsp; Money movement&nbsp;(i.e. wire and journals)&nbsp; Account creation and maintenance&nbsp; Ad hoc project management&nbsp; Portfolio performance updates&nbsp; Database management&nbsp; Communicate with clients regarding transactions, such as asset transfers&nbsp;and account opening&nbsp;procedures&nbsp; Participate&nbsp;in educational sessions with&nbsp;the senior&nbsp;team members to expand the Associate’s knowledge of the markets and our business Ensure adherence to the firm’s compliance standards, operational policies, and procedures, while upholding strict client privacy and confidentiality in all matters. “Upward mobility”&nbsp;are not&nbsp;just words on a page;&nbsp;the IEQ team&nbsp;has a track record of&nbsp;growth&nbsp;within the firm.&nbsp;Many individuals on our team began their career in the Associate role,&nbsp;and&nbsp;with hard work&nbsp;and&nbsp;dedication&nbsp;they have become some of the most senior individuals&nbsp;at the firm.&nbsp;Several former Associates are&nbsp;now Partners.&nbsp; Qualifications&nbsp; 1-2+ years of relevant work or internship experience preferred&nbsp; Deep curiosity about the&nbsp;financial&nbsp;markets&nbsp; Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail&nbsp; Ability to think critically and anticipate issues&nbsp; Exceptional verbal and written&nbsp;communications skills&nbsp; Good relationship-building&nbsp;skills both inside and outside of the organization&nbsp; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure&nbsp;environment&nbsp; Experience with Salesforce is a plus&nbsp; “No task is too small” mentality&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree is required &nbsp; Compensation The salary range for this role, inclusive of base and bonus, is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on skills and experience. &nbsp; #LI-Hybrid &nbsp;
