# Marketing Manager

About The Role The role owns the demand-generation engine for a developer-focused SaaS platform, translating product positioning into campaigns that reliably fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities. You will work hands-on across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels — partnering with sales, product marketing, and content to hit quarterly pipeline and MQL targets while building durable brand awareness in a competitive technical category. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and webinars — from brief through launch and post-mortem Own and optimize the SEO strategy: technical audits, keyword roadmaps, and content briefs that grow organic traffic and demo requests Manage SEM budgets across Google Ads and LinkedIn, iterating on bids, audiences, and creative to improve CAC and pipeline contribution Build and maintain lifecycle nurture programs in HubSpot or Marketo, mapping messaging to buyer-stage segments Run A/B tests on landing pages, ads, and email to lift conversion rates across the funnel Define KPIs and build dashboards in GA4 and the CRM to report performance weekly to marketing and sales leadership Manage agency and vendor relationships, including contract scope, deliverables, and performance reviews What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years owning paid media or demand-gen programs at a SaaS or technology company Demonstrated track record of driving pipeline or revenue through multi-channel campaigns, with numbers to back it up Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, or similar) Working knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals, including keyword research tools and technical SEO basics Strong writing and editing skills; can draft campaign copy and briefs without heavy hand-holding Highly organized project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders without dropping details Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus: experience marketing to developers or technical audiences; familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase); SQL basics for self-serve reporting
