Role Overview As an RN ICU Days, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care setting, collaborating with medical teams to develop individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities include performing procedures, documenting care, educating patients and families about medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes, and advocating for patient needs. You will manage evidence-based practices and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and clinical outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license with a diploma or associate degree Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year Key Duties Perform and document procedures and monitoring as ordered Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and lifestyle changes Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care Implement evidence-based practices to improve quality metrics Serve as a patient advocate, promoting an exceptional patient experience Benefits Comprehensive health plans, wellbeing support, paid time off, retirement savings options, education assistance, and additional perks such as life insurance and legal counseling.
