This position is located at Samuel Adams Brewhouse. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. This is an open continuous announcement to provide a pool of available applicants. Applicants will be referred to selecting officials based on the date of application. Applicants will be referred to hiring manager throughout the announcement, cutoff dates will be Oct 15th, Oct 29th, Nov 12th. This announcement will remain open until closing date or once the positions have been filled.
Performs a full range of simple cooking by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing.
Prepares hot cereals and concentrated or dehydrated soups, sauces and gravies.
Makes cold sandwich fillings. Sets up and replenishes salad bar. Prepares food by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, pureeing, dredging, flouring, or breading.
Weighs, measures, and assembles ingredients for regular and modified menu items. Mixes ingredients according to precisely written recipes.
Covers, dates, and stores leftovers according to established procedures.
Operates a variety of kitchen equipment using gas, electricity, steam or microwave heat sources. Disassembles, cleans and assembles component parts and accessories.
Cleans other work areas and equipment, such as worktables, floors, walk-in refrigerators, etc., on an established cleaning schedule.
Performs other duties as assigned.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience in preparing foods and cooking simple foods and short orders in a cafeteria, restaurant, or mess.
