Data Analyst | Remote (United States) | Full-time We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to use spreadsheets and queries to organize and interpret information. The role emphasizes practical reporting, data accuracy, and decision-support analysis. Day-to-day tasks call for accuracy, organization, and a willingness to learn established procedures. Key Responsibilities Collect and combine information from approved reports and source systems. Build and update spreadsheet reports and visual summaries. Identify unusual patterns, data gaps, and reporting inconsistencies. Document assumptions and steps so analyses can be reproduced. Support quality checks and investigate unexpected changes in metrics. Organize datasets and maintain consistent field definitions. Present practical findings with appropriate charts and tables. Qualifications Some academic, project, or entry-level analytical experience is useful. Ability to check figures for completeness and accuracy. Familiarity with data visualization tools is helpful but not essential. Practical experience with Excel or another spreadsheet application. Careful, logical approach to investigating inconsistencies.
