# Motor Winder

We are seeking a skilled Electric Motor Winder to join our team. This role involves the precise winding and rewinding of electric motors, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with experience in motor repair, schematics, and equipment maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical expertise and attention to detail are highly valued. Responsibilities Wind, rewind, and repair electric motors using various hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately assemble and troubleshoot motor components Perform electrical testing and diagnostics on motors to identify faults or performance issues Conduct mechanical inspections and repairs on motor parts, including bearings and shafts Use soldering techniques for electrical connections and repairs Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and testing results Assist with equipment repair, motor maintenance, and vehicle or heavy machinery servicing as needed Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control procedures Experience Proven experience with electric motor winding. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and mechanical components Hands-on experience with electric motors and winding of electric motors. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques Customer service skills are beneficial for interacting with clients or team members This position requires a motivated individual with a solid technical foundation in electrical and mechanical systems. Candidates should be capable of heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments while maintaining high safety standards.
