If selected, you will be responsible for analyzing RESOLVE Program activities, supporting program improvement, assisting stakeholders, and coordinating mediation activities. Analyzes and evaluates activities and services of RESOLVE, the EEOC’s internal alternative dispute resolution (ADR) program, to identify trends, problem areas, and opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency. Collects, maintains, and analyzes program data and information, including e-case data, surveys, and other internal and external sources, and prepares reports to support program assessment and management decision-making. Supports the development and evaluation of program plans, procedures, methodologies, and performance measures, including reviewing survey results and participant feedback to assess program outcomes. Coordinates RESOLVE mediation activities, including assisting with mediator case assignments, scheduling mediations, tracking activities, and responding to inquiries regarding mediators, locations, and scheduling. Researches ADR practices, policies, regulations, legislation, and emerging technologies and assists in identifying potential improvements to RESOLVE Program operations, processes, and services. Provides information and assistance to RESOLVE stakeholders, including complaint intake, explaining mediation procedures, and assisting participants with dispute resolution options. To Qualify for the GS-09: You must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service, such as: Analyzing and evaluating program activities, processes, or services to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement. Collecting and analyzing program data from various sources and preparing reports to support program evaluation and management decision-making. Providing information and assistance to program stakeholders regarding policies, procedures, and services, and coordinating program activities and inquiries. Applying knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, principles, or practices in providing program support, coordinating ADR activities, or assisting stakeholders with ADR-related inquiries and processes. OR Successful completion of a master's, or equivalent graduate degree, directly related to the position, OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR LL.B. or J.D., if related, OR A combination of specialized experience and graduate education that meets the requirements described above. To Qualify for the GS-11: You must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal service, such as: Analyzing and evaluating program activities, processes, or services to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and recommend improvements. Analyzing program data from multiple sources and preparing reports or other products to support program assessment and management decision-making. Providing guidance and assistance to program stakeholders regarding policies, procedures, and services, and coordinating program operations and activities. Applying knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, principles, and practices to support program operations, assist stakeholders, and evaluate or improve ADR-related services and processes. OR Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR LL.M., if related, in a field of study directly related to the position,OR A combination of specialized experience and graduate education that meets the requirements described above. Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. GS-09: One year at the GS-07 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirement for the GS-09 level. GS-11: One year at the GS-09 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirement for the GS-11 level. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. This position has a basic education requirement listed under the Qualifications section of this announcement. All Education must be accredited by an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications (particularly positions with a positive education requirement.)
