# Product Specialist

At Superblast Games, we build delightful and addictive mobile puzzle games enjoyed by players around the world. We're currently expanding our team and looking for a Product Specialist who loves analyzing gameplay, shaping the player experience, and turning data and ideas into better games. 🎯 What You'll Do: Own the design and iteration of gameplay content and mechanics for our mobile puzzle games QA new content before release — spotting difficulty spikes, unintended solutions, and pacing issues Use internal tools to create engaging, balanced, and scalable content Contribute ideas in mechanic ideation sessions — bring pitches, paper prototypes, and "what if" exploration to the table Work closely with developers and designers to tune difficulty, pacing, and player progression Analyze in-game metrics and player feedback to identify problems and propose solutions Shape how new mechanics are introduced, taught, and integrated across the game Contribute to the overall game feel and player retention strategy through data-informed decisions ✅ You're a Great Fit If You: Love puzzle games and have played many — especially on mobile Understand what makes a puzzle fun, fair, and challenging Bring ideas, not just execution — you're someone who pitches mechanics, not just builds what's handed to you Are analytical and comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and player data Have a good sense of pacing, difficulty curves, and player psychology Communicate clearly and enjoy working on a collaborative team Are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, game-focused environment 🌟 Bonus Points For: Experience with Unity, level editors, or custom tools Basic scripting or logic-building skills (even visual scripting is fine) Familiarity with analytics tools or A/B testing Past experience working on a mobile game — live or hobby project 🚀 Why Superblast?
