Ready to shape what’s next?About the RoleAs a Legal Inquiries Analyst, you will own the end-to-end subpoena and discovery process,serving as the go-to expert for tracking, reviewing, responding to, civil and regulatoryinformation requests. You will also work closely with the Legal team to investigate and supportlitigation and dispute resolution. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Own the end-to-end subpoena and discovery process, from initial intake through finalproduction, in compliance with internal procedures and applicable laws. Coordinate with internal teams and bank partners to evaluate and process legal noticessuch as bankruptcy notices, liens, levies, and garnishments. Track and provide monthly reporting of the volume and status of inquiries, includingtrend analysis. Conduct legal research as needed. Develop, draft and manage processes and policies to improve efficiencies with respectto legal inquiries. Support dispute and litigation responses. Respond to ad-hoc data requests. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Minimum of 1-2 years of prior paralegal experience or experience responding to legalinquiries. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of U.S. banking and banking products. High organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to make sound decisions, use independent judgment, establish priorities, andwork effectively on multiple initiatives concurrently, paired with excellent interpersonalskills to communicate comfortably and effectively with regulators, investigators, andexternal counsel. Additional Qualities: Prior experience at a Bank or FinTech. Experience with SQL. Data Warehouse and/or Data Management Experience. Experience with legal research tools like PACER.
