• New Jersey  Location: Paterson, NJ    Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per Hour    Part-Time (See Schedule Below)  Join a Team That Makes a Meaningful Impact!    Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 14yo child in Paterson, NJ. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!  Schedule:    Monday: 3:00PM
• 5:00PM   Tuesday: 3:00PM
• 5:00PM   Wednesday: 3:00PM
• 5:00PM   Thursday: 3:00PM
• 5:00PM   Friday: 3:00PM
• 5:00PM Responsibilities:    Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!   Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with dedication!   Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!   Collect data and document session progress accurately!   Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes!   Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times! Qualifications:    High School Diploma or GED required    Experience working with children preferred    RBT Certification preferred but not required    Strong communication and interpersonal skills    Reliable and dependable    Ability to pass required background screenings  Why Join LBAPS?
