# Executive Administrative Assistant

Nexstar Media Group, Inc.

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative and clerical support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel, ensuring excellent customer service always Provides administrative and clerical support to the Vice President/General Manager and other Dept Heads, specifically News Director Manages Station Internship program Acts as Community Service liaison for station efforts in market Helps with News, Closed Captioning requirements Helps with EEO management and other paperwork with station BA Works part of the day at reception area, helps manage guests for local lifestyle TV show Provides word and data processing services Manages calendars and appointments Maintains files and records Composes correspondence and prepares documents for transmission and/or distribution Performs photocopying and other document production services Performs other clerical functions as needed Performs other duties as assigned Requirements & Skills: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office desktop applications Excellent Excel skills preferred SCAM ALERT: Please be aware candidates may be at risk of being targeted by scammers seeking personal data or money.
