Project Architect / Project Manager

Job Summary: Manage commercial architecture projects from design through construction, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial projects through design and construction phases. Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation. Coordinate permitting, entitlements, and plan-check approvals. Resolve technical, design, and construction issues. Review drawings and project documents for accuracy and quality. Mentor and support project team members. Requirements: 5+ years of commercial architectural project management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Architectural license preferred. Experience managing commercial projects, consultants, clients, and contractors . Knowledge of building codes, permitting, entitlements, and CEQA. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp . Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
