Do you love driving, getting out into the community, planning fun activities, and spending time with older adults? We are looking for a friendly, dependable Activities & Transportation Assistant to join our team at Bozeman Lodge . This is more than a driving job! You’ll help our residents enjoy their day — whether that means taking them to an appointment, heading out for lunch or shopping, joining an outing, playing a game, helping with an activity, or simply spending time visiting with them. What You'll Do Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping, outings and community activities. Assist residents in and out of the vehicle and help with walkers, wheelchairs and personal belongings as needed. Help plan, prepare and lead fun activities, games, outings and special events. Encourage residents to participate and build meaningful connections. Help create a welcoming, positive and fun atmosphere. Complete vehicle safety checks and transportation documentation. Assist the Life Enrichment team with activities and programs when transportation isn't needed. Work as part of a caring team dedicated to making each resident's day a little brighter. We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys spending time with older adults. Is friendly, patient, dependable and upbeat. Must be 21 years or age, havea safe driving record and a valid driver's license. Is comfortable assisting residents with mobility needs. Enjoys getting out into the community and being active. Can work independently while also being a team player. Doesn't mind that every day can be a little different! You don't need years of senior living experience. If you're dependable, enjoy people and have a heart for seniors, we'd love to meet you!
