One of the biggest companies in FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Headquartes is looking for a “Global Demand Planning Executive" for its Global Supply Chain department. The position is based in HQ, Istanbul and will be reporting to Global Demand Planning Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 6 years of Supply/Demand Planning and/or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) experience in FMCG companies. Knowledgeable of dynamics in Marketing and Production departments. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Strong multi-tasking, time management and coordination skills. Having an analytical mind, critical thinking skills alongside a result-oriented personality. Being a good communicator and a team player. JOB DESCRIPTION: Preparing the documents that will help to execute global S&OP meetings, following up the action plans. Gathering SKU-based demand forecasts and S&OP presentations from group companies, analysing data and making the final consensus. Thinking strategically to identify the gaps in demand forecasting and taking preventive actions with group companies. Being the global key user of demand forecasting tool (IBP or similar programs) and working closely with companies during roll out, implementation and training sessions. Supporting the global team in S&OP related process.
