We’re seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from first outreach through signed agreement. This role works closely with our CEO and COO (Visionary and Integrator in EOS terms), who join as technical partners for deeper scoping conversations, infrastructure guidance, and sales support on complex opportunities. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends outbound prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and pipeline management. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle; from outbound prospecting through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement Execute and continuously refine outbound prospecting strategies, including email outreach and LinkedIn engagement, to build a consistent pipeline Research, identify, and prioritize ideal-fit companies and decision makers for targeted account-based outreach Conduct structured discovery calls to assess business pain points, urgency, and service fit Develop working knowledge of Huntington's MSP services deep enough to introduce technical conversations independently, and identify when to bring in the Visionary or Integrator for scoping, architecture on complex deals Manage the quoting process using Kaseya Quote Manager, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating internal pricing/scope alignment, and delivering the proposal directly to the prospect Lead proposal review conversations, negotiate terms, and close signed agreements Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with prospects through every stage of the sales cycle, documenting activity and next steps in the CRM (HubSpot) Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot, including timelines, tasks, and activities through every deal stage Report on pipeline health, objection trends, and close rates to support ongoing improvement of Huntington's sales process Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on outreach campaigns, messaging, and follow-up efforts Qualifications 4-7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with demonstrated ownership of a full sales cycle (MSP, IT services, SaaS, or technical services experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to negotiate and close new business Comfortable leading discovery conversations with business owners and decision-makers Basic understanding of IT services, MSP models, and cybersecurity concepts Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, process-driven, and consistent with follow-up Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Autotask, or similar) Bonus: Experience in teams running on EOS Why Join our Team?
