Property Management

Position: Property Management Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (Onsite) Duration: Long-term Contract Direct Client Need Hourly Pay: $23/hr This position will be onsite, and reports to the Site Customer Property Manager. Responsibilities: Assure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and Our client’s policies and procedures for managing customer property. Perform cycle count inventory Assist with warehouse property management Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures. Generate and provide accurate and timely property status reports and metrics for management and internal and external customers. Perform property closeout activities. Partner with Contract Management organization to ensure property management related requirements are executed as needed. Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, and support EH&S efforts to improve practices Comply with applicable Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures. Has knowledge in customer property management, FAR, DFARS, and ability to read and apply regulatory requirements. Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager Communicates with parties within and outside of own department. May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Effective writing and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and drive change Ability to review data with highly analytical approach to identify process disconnects or potential system errors Xyant Technology, established in 1995, is a premier federal systems integrator that provides technical and business solutions in information technology, systems engineering, scientific support and management consulting.
