Customer Relations Representative (Insurance) – Justin Slaughter State Farm Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer experiences? Justin Slaughter State Farm is seeking a Customer Relations Representative who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and ready to support our community while helping our agency grow. In this role, you’ll enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with the team, and anticipating customer needs—turning every interaction into a positive, long-lasting experience. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including help with: Insurance availability and eligibility Coverage questions Policy changes and transfers Claim submissions support Billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review to educate customers on insurance options Communicate clearly and professionally to efficiently meet customer needs and support business growth Qualifications Dedicated to customer service Ability to effectively relate to customers, answer questions, and anticipate needs Excellent communication skills and comfort coordinating with other team members Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail Benefits Salary plus commission/bonus Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within the office Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Health benefits Valuable career-building experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Disability insurance Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Are you able to acquire your Property and Causality and Life and Health Licenses?
