FINANCIAL ANALYST
• GROWING COMPANY, GREAT CULTURE! This role will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and reporting tools. Analyze business performance, variances, KPIs, inventory, and operational metrics. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership. Support pricing analysis, credit analysis, debt covenant compliance, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3-5+ years of Financial Analyst or related experience. Strong Excel modeling, analytical, and reporting skills. Knowledge of GAAP, basic accounting and financial statement analysis. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, or logistics is a plus. Location: Old Bethpage, NY area | Onsite Monday-Friday Salary: $72-75K (neg for strong candidate)
