Registered Nurse - Full Time / Days

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities Assess and deliver direct patient care in a behavioral health setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Evaluate care quality and implement improvements. Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Current RN license in the practicing state or with compact licensure. Completion of required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and hospital-specific competencies.
