Administrative Assistant San Antonio, TX | Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM When the calendar is full, a useful answer and a reliable follow-up make the day easier for everyone. As an Administrative Assistant in San Antonio, you will support a busy on-site team with appointments, records, and visitor questions. This is a full-time weekday role with the chance to learn how several parts of the office work together. The day-to-day • Keep shared calendars current and prepare meeting details. • Welcome guests, answer routine calls, and pass requests to the right person. • Update contact records and organize documents for easy retrieval. • Follow up on missing forms or information before deadlines. • Note where a process causes repeat questions and share the pattern with the team. The Administrative Assistant should be able to handle a routine request after training and know when to check with a colleague. We value accuracy and thoughtful service more than pretending every answer is immediate. What you can take forward You will learn office systems, document standards, and how to prioritize when plans change. As you settle in, you can take ownership of a recurring schedule or a set of administrative requests. There is room to broaden your skills across customer support and operations. You might have learned this in Retail, hospitality, a campus office, military-family community work, or an earlier administrative role. Good written communication, dependability, and comfort with basic email and documents are enough to start. We will teach the local workflow and give you a clear person to ask when a detail is uncertain. Apply with your resume for the Administrative Assistant position in San Antonio. An example of a time you helped others stay organized would be especially useful.
