Referral & Partnership Development RepGreater Goals ABA Corp | $60,000/Year + Commission | Full-Time This is a sales role with heart. You'll be out in the field every day — building relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations — and every deal you close is a family getting connected to care they need. If you're competitive, organized, and good at building trust fast, we want to talk to you. Day-to-Day: 12–15 in-person visits, with a goal of 8–10 real referral conversations Own the client journey from first contact to active service Work with intake to keep your pipeline clean and moving Support staffing coordination and keep the field connected to HQ Build repeat, long-term partnerships — not one-off referrals Report weekly on your numbers and pipeline health What You Bring: Proven outreach, BD, or client acquisition experience A track record managing a pipeline with results to prove it Self-discipline to manage your own schedule and territory Natural relationship-building instincts and reliable follow-through Bonus: familiarity with ABA or the autism/behavioral health space What's In It for You: Competitive base salary plus commission Flexible, field-based schedule Mileage and expense reimbursement Clear path for professional growth A team that measures wins in changed lives, not just closed deals If you want a job where hitting your numbers actually changes a child's future — this is it.
