# Sales Director

We are looking for a commercial leader who can take the company’s international growth to the next level — while leading the existing sales organization in Türkiye, identifying new markets, building market-entry strategies and driving sustainable business development across geographies. This role will work closely with senior management and existing global teams , providing direction on market priorities, commercial opportunities and international sales development, while ensuring alignment between Türkiye, existing international operations and newly targeted markets. The ideal profile will bring:
• Significant experience in industrial / machinery / engineered products
• A strong track record in international sales and business development , with hands-on experience in developing new markets
• Experience leading and developing an established sales organization in Türkiye
• Proven exposure to international expansion, market entry and country/region development strategies
• The ability to work effectively with senior management and global commercial teams , translating business priorities into market actions
• Experience managing complex, technical and project-driven sales cycles across multiple geographies
• Strong commercial and strategic perspective, with the ability to balance existing business performance with new market creation
