Istanbul Hybrid Work Eagle Burgmann Endüstriyel Sizdirmazlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi You support our team as Accounting Specialist (f/m/d) Responsibilities Manage daily treasury operations, payment processes, and cash flow monitoring, Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payments, Review payment instructions and support banking documentation processes, Monitor bank accounts, transactions, and balances, identifying and escalating any discrepancies, Support customer, supplier, and intercompany reconciliation activities, Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and other departments on invoice and payment-related matters, Assist month-end closing activities by providing treasury and accounting data, Support fixed asset accounting, expense documentation, and insurance record management. Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field, At least 1 years of experience in accounting and finance, Strong knowledge of Turkish tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax), Good understanding of month-end closing, reconciliations, financial reporting processes and IFRS, Knowledge of internal audit and compliance requirements, Experience with multinational companies, SAP and working with Shared Service Centers (SSC / CoS), Strong accounting, finance and tax background with solid analytical thinking and advanced Excel skills, Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
