As we continue on our trajectory of growth and sustainability, we are seeking ‘’Strategic Sourcing Managing Associate’’. Job Description: Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Turkey and international markets. Identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers while expanding existing sourcing channels. Build long-term relationships with collectors, recyclers, scrap dealers, and industrial partners. Manage the procurement of scrap batteries from domestic and international suppliers. Develop and manage lead sales activities, identifying potential customers and expanding sales channels. Explore and establish new international sourcing opportunities to support future growth. Lead commercial negotiations and establish sustainable supplier and customer partnerships. Monitor market trends and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a reliable supply for Mutlu Akü's expanding recycling operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Development, or Business Development. Proven success in developing supplier networks and leading commercial negotiations. Experience in battery recycling, waste management, and import regulations is highly preferred. A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding relationship-building skills. Fluent English is essential. You will work closely with international stakeholders, and the interview process will include meetings with U.S.-based leadership. We are looking for someone who can confidently build relationships in local markets while communicating effectively in a global business environment. Valid driver's license.
