# Tax Director - Real Estate - Flowthrough

BPM

BPM – where caring and community is in our company DNA;  we are always striving to be our best selves; and we’re compelled to ask the questions that lead to innovation.
As a Tax Director on BPM's Flowthrough practice with Real Estate expertise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of some of the most sophisticated real estate investors, developers and family-owned enterprises in the market. More than a technical tax leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex partnership structures, maximize tax efficiencies, and make strategic business decisions that drive long-term growth. You'll lead complex engagements, mentor and develop future leaders, and help expand BPM's growing Real Estate practice while building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

Working with BPM means using your experiences, broadening your skills, and reaching your full potential in work and life—while also making a positive difference for your clients, colleagues, and communities.  Our shared entrepreneurial spirit drives us to see and do things differently.  Our passion for people makes BPM a place where everyone feels welcome, valued, and part of something bigger. Because People Matter.

Note: Open to candidates residing in SoCal. Those within 45 minutes of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule.
