As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this individual will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;building brand awareness, accelerating market adoption, driving customer acquisition, and supporting sustainable revenue growth across both healthcare provider and consumer audiences.&nbsp; The ideal candidate brings deep&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, healthcare marketing, and commercial strategy within regulated industries. This leader has successfully launched innovative products, built category-defining brands, and scaled omnichannel growth engines, ideally within medical devices, digital health, consumer health technology, or wearable devices.&nbsp; This role will architect&nbsp;Noctrix&nbsp;Health's go-to-market strategy,&nbsp;establish&nbsp;a market-leading brand, and drive the next phase of commercial growth as the organization expands.&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; Define and evolve the company's brand strategy, positioning, messaging architecture, and category leadership narrative&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate, commercial, and product objectives&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead all go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, including clinical, provider, and consumer-facing campaigns&nbsp;&nbsp; Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Clinical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;market adoption and customer engagement&nbsp;&nbsp; Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through scalable omnichannel marketing programs&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, and customer retention initiatives&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and execute demand generation programs that increase awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead market research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and demand forecasting initiatives&nbsp;&nbsp; Build and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;marketing technology infrastructure, analytics frameworks, automation platforms, and reporting capabilities&nbsp;&nbsp; Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead public relations, corporate communications, thought leadership initiatives, and crisis communication strategies&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop content strategies and campaigns that position&nbsp;Noctrix&nbsp;Health as a category-defining leader in neurological health and wearable therapeutics&nbsp;&nbsp; Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization across brand, growth, digital, communications, and product marketing functions&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage external agencies, strategic partners, vendors, and consultants to maximize marketing effectiveness&nbsp;&nbsp; Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on growth strategy, market opportunities, customer insights, and brand development&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure message consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies that support business objectives&nbsp;&nbsp; Requirements:&nbsp; 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within medical device, digital health, healthcare technology, consumer health, or wearable technology industries&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of building and scaling successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth engines and customer acquisition programs&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience launching innovative products and building category-defining brands&nbsp;&nbsp; Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems, regulatory environments, clinical marketing, and reimbursement dynamics&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in brand strategy, demand generation, performance marketing, product marketing, and customer lifecycle management&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience managing significant marketing budgets and measuring performance against business objectives&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical mindset with experience&nbsp;leveraging&nbsp;data to drive marketing decisions and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;performance&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics solutions&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments&nbsp;&nbsp; Exceptional communication, storytelling, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven ability to influence and collaborate across executive leadership, product, clinical, commercial, and operational teams&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's degree&nbsp;required&nbsp;&nbsp; Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp; MBA or other advanced degree&nbsp;preferred&nbsp; Experience in medical devices, digital therapeutics, wearable technologies, or consumer healthcare products&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience supporting both healthcare provider and direct-to-consumer commercialization strategies&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience leading marketing organizations through rapid growth, product launches, and category creation efforts&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with reimbursement, patient access, and healthcare policy considerations&nbsp;&nbsp; Compensation:&nbsp; Base Pay:&nbsp;&gt;$240,000&nbsp;(commensurate&nbsp;to experience)&nbsp;per year +&nbsp;Annual performance bonus&nbsp;
