This candidate will be coordinating with teams across the organization to understand teams' design needs and building out their creative strategy accordingly. In each of these projects, you will ensure that outcomes are on budget, within brand, and incorporating current design trends. Main Responsibilities: Lead the overall creative vision of the brand and define long-term creative strategy. Maintain strong brand identity and visual consistency across all brand touchpoints. Oversee campaigns, launches, storytelling, and overall brand communication. Develop innovative concepts aligned with international luxury beauty standards. Guide the creative team and ensure high-quality execution across all projects. Support management in achieving long-term brand positioning and global expansion goals. Requirements: Education in make up art design Minimum 7 years of professional experience in art design (make-up) Fluency in English is required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience in packaging design Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to generate original ideas Interest in the beauty/cosmetics sector and trend awareness Team-oriented, creative, and solution-focused
