Transportation Consultant (8-12 years)

At Fehr & Peers, our most successful consultants combine technical expertise with strong client relationships, business development, and project leadership. We're seeking an experienced transportation planning or engineering consultant with approximately 8–12 years of experience who is excited to help grow our presence in the South Sound while delivering exceptional work for our clients. This role will help grow our Tacoma office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing project delivery with business development, has established relationships within the South Puget Sound and/or the Central Washington transportation markets, and is motivated to help expand our practice while mentoring others. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with an expectation of at least three days per week in our Tacoma office.
