Twin Farms is seeking an experienced and engaging Bartender to join our dining team. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of bartending and the connection that happens across the bar. Our service style is highly personalized, thoughtful, and intuitive, and we are looking for someone who can pair strong technical skills with warmth, curiosity, and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with our beverage, dining, and culinary teams to create memorable experiences for guests through beautifully prepared drinks, thoughtful recommendations, and seamless service. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care. Create thoughtful, personalized beverage experiences based on guest preferences. Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and beverage offerings. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service. Monitor inventory, product rotation, and bar supplies. Work closely with the dining room and culinary teams to ensure smooth, coordinated service. Support private dinners, special events, and seasonal programming. Respond to guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality. Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements. Share knowledge and support the training and development of other team members. Stay curious about spirits, cocktails, wine, and current beverage trends. Previous bartending experience, ideally in fine dining, luxury hospitality, craft cocktail bars, or another high-quality service environment. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. A genuine interest in learning and continuing to develop beverage knowledge. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. The ability to stay calm, polished, and efficient during busy service. A collaborative approach and willingness to support the broader dining team.
