Job Description Join our dynamic team at our O'Fallon location (304 E Hwy 50) as a Customer Service Representative! We're seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our organization, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor Process cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail Prepare and assemble products according to company standards and recipes Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak business periods Assist with various cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed to support team operations Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs regularly throughout your shift Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and company regulations Remain calm, professional, and resilient when managing multiple tasks and customer requests simultaneously Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, positive, and approachable attitude Strong ability to follow directions, adhere to company procedures, and maintain organizational standards Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling, order processing, and transaction management Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team player mentality with a genuine willingness to support and collaborate with colleagues Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure and during busy shifts Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and ordering platforms Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed Food handling experience or demonstrated willingness to learn food safety protocols (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
