What You'll Do As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and families while providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. You will: Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals Provide parent and caregiver training to help promote progress outside of therapy Ensure treatment plans remain clinically appropriate and focused on meaningful outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet applicable regulatory and HIPAA requirements What We're Looking For Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Texas LBA license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based treatment Ability to conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans Strong communication and leadership skills A collaborative, compassionate approach to working with clients, families, and team members Why Consider This Opportunity?
