# Occupational Therapist (Per Diem)

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for assessing, planning and implementing the delivery of care; and with the approval of the patient, sets reasonable and measurable goals within a specific time frame. This professional occupational therapist assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team. NJ licensed Occupational Therapy License with a minimum of 2 years experience in an acute care/hospital or outpatient setting required.
