Report To: Manufacturing Manager   Hours: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM M – F               Overtime and travel as assigned   Mission Statement: To be a family that demonstrates extraordinary passion, hard work, and integrity with steadfast loyalty and support for those we serve: our employees, our communities, and our customers.   General Responsibilities: • Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques. • Interprets blueprints and specifications to determine appropriate welding process. • Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness. • Under the directions of the Supervisor, will follow instructions and accept daily work assignments
