# ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Naval Sea Systems Command

You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Weapons Systems Development Division, Expeditionary Warfare Weapons & Energy Systems Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
You will serve as a Program Manager for the Asymmetric Initiation Branch which focuses on the development, testing, and maturation of electronic initiation systems.
You will assist the program office in contract and business/acquisition strategy to execute procurement and research and development budget.
You will ensure efficient workload execution, to include management and proper expenditure of the associated funding, and provide expert advice, guidance, and technical direction to other technicians, engineers, and logisticians.
You will collaborate between Crane business units and projects, Contracting (internal and external), other government agencies and Warfare Centers, and outside research and industry partners to achieve customer's strategic goals.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical project resource requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations.
