Relevant Experience (Yrs): 8-10 Yrs Role and Responsibility : 1Strong OIM development skills and proven related experience required for latest version of OIM. Related certifications preferred. 2Understanding of OIM administration. 3Collaborate with teams to configure tools for monitoring and use them to pro-actively resolve issues. 4Work closely with IT sub teams including Database Administrators, Service Desk, Developers, and Architecture. 5Leadership skills to effectively and efficiently head a group of onsite/offshore development resources.
