# Assistant Manager (01511) - 345 Clarkson Rd.

We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our Ellisville location (345 Clarkson Rd.). In this role, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, operational efficiency, and a commitment to supporting team success and organizational goals. Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance coaching to foster professional development Assist in scheduling staff, managing time off requests, and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts Monitor and maintain operational standards, including cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies Support the management team in analyzing performance metrics and implementing process improvements Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism and decisiveness Assist in training new employees and conducting onboarding activities Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering procedures as assigned Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment on organizational objectives Support the execution of company initiatives and special projects Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and staff management 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a retail, hospitality, or operations environment Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software Customer service excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Preferred: Experience with staff scheduling systems and performance management tools Preferred: Background in conflict resolution and employee relations BENEFITS Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program FULL TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401K We are MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) & we strive to treat all of our team members like family.
