What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Lead and manage all technical maintenance, utilities, and engineering activities across the plant in alignment with company objectives and operational goals. Ensure production lines operate at maximum efficiency while minimizing downtime and production losses. Drive the effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Coordinate the activities of mechanical, electrical, automation, and utility teams to ensure seamless operations. Plan and monitor energy management initiatives, maintenance budgets, and technical investment projects. Conduct failure analyses, lead root cause investigations, and implement sustainable corrective actions. Manage the planning and execution of new investment, capacity expansion, and modernization projects. Ensure the sustainability and continuous improvement of technical infrastructure in compliance with food safety, quality, occupational health, and safety standards. Support technical procurement processes and oversee the performance management of suppliers and contractors. Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor budget performance, and implement efficiency-driven improvement initiatives. Lead, develop, and manage team performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning within the department. Execute responsibilities in line with company strategies, objectives, and key performance indicators What Are the Qualifications We Expect? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, utilities, technical operations, and project management. Prior experience in the food industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), edible oils manufacturing, or process industries is preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, boilers, compressors, refrigeration systems, and process equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies. Knowledge of budget management, cost control, and capital investment projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in English is preferred.
