Lead Business Analyst About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a large-scale Digital Transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment. You’ll be a key member of an Agile Scrum team, working closely with the Product Manager and collaborating across business, operational, and technology teams. This is a hands-on BA role requiring someone who can confidently lead requirements gathering, process modelling, functional specifications, integrations, data requirements, and dependency management while navigating a complex stakeholder and supplier landscape. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Product Manager as a key member of the Scrum team Engage with stakeholders across Business, Operations, and Technology Lead requirements gathering and process modelling Produce detailed functional specifications for To-Be solutions Define use cases, features, and functional requirements Identify and document integration requirements and review interface definitions Establish data requirements and ensure alignment with network reference data Identify cross-team and system dependencies and track them through delivery Collaborate with vendors and suppliers within a multi-supplier environment Support Agile ceremonies, including running stand-ups Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and delivery documentation Proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement Key Requirements Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations Strong experience working on Digital Transformation programmes Proven experience in requirements gathering and process modelling Experience producing functional specifications and To-Be solutions Strong understanding of use cases and feature definition Experience working through system integration requirements and interface definitions Experience defining data requirements Strong dependency identification and tracking capabilities Excellent stakeholder management across business, operational, and technical teams Strong interpersonal skills across communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management Experience with vendor/supplier management in multi-supplier environments Strong experience working within Agile project environments Experience with Jira and Confluence , including running stand-ups Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive work forward Nice to Have Retail industry experience Supply Chain experience Soft Skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication Strong influencing and collaboration skills Confident working across technical and non-technical teams Effective conflict management and problem-solving Highly proactive and comfortable taking ownership Able to operate effectively within large, complex organisations 🔗 Apply Now Click Apply and help shape the next-generation retail platform from wherever you are in Turkey.
