Solutions Architect

Roles and Responsibilities Participate in customer meetings together with sales teams to conduct needs and requirement analyses, and provide technology consultancy for Cloud solutions tailored to the financial sector Define technical requirements, solution scope, and architecture during the project design phase Collect required information and conduct technical negotiations by coordinating with relevant technical teams Identify the necessary products, infrastructure, and hardware to adapt existing products and services to customer projects Manage the technical aspects of proposal, contract, and tender processes in collaboration with sales teams Support the definition of technical requirements for solutions provided by third parties, business partners, and vendors Prepare technical topologies and solution documentation for customer-specific solutions and reflect them in proposal and tender documents Provide technical consultancy within the scope of product and service development activities Accompany customers during data center visits and deliver the required technical presentations Ensure responses to technical specifications and manage coordination with all relevant teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from Engineering Faculty (preferably Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields) Minimum of 4 years of experience actively involved in pre-sales solution design, planning, proposal, specification, and contract processes in collaboration with sales/business development, technical, and operations teams Deep architectural experience with at least one public cloud platform (Azure / AWS / GCP — preferably services used in the financial sector) Hybrid & Multi-Cloud architecture design experince (on-premises + public cloud) Proficiency in High Availability (HA), Fault Tolerance, and DR (BCP/DR) architectures. Experience in Active-Active / Active-Passive design Zero trust architecture approach Penetration tests, security architecture review processes IAM, PAM, MFA, HSM, Key Management (KMS) solution experience Ability to reflect technical compliance with regulations in the architecture Experience in projects for both public and private sector organizations Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset The position is based in Ankara.
