Corporate Finance Lead

Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial/Management Engineering, or a related discipline, Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance/project finance (debt financing execution and loan utilization processes), valuation, financial modeling, strategic planning, or financial/debt advisory, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (knowledge of VBA is considered an asset), Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills, Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Responsibilities Execute end-to-end M&A engagements, including financial modeling and coordination of financial and tax due diligence processes, Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced financial models to support transaction and corporate finance projects, Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess financial risks and evaluate key business assumptions, Manage financing processes by coordinating with banks and international financial institutions, Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and prepare reports to support the Corporate Finance team in strategic decision-making, Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful execution of corporate finance projects.
