What you'll own Building and refining the forecasting, budgeting, and planning models that guide the business Turning monthly results into insight: what moved, why it moved, and what leadership should do about it Designing Power BI dashboards that people actually open and use Pulling data from NetSuite, Access databases, and other sources, then shaping it into something meaningful Running the annual budget cycle alongside rolling forecasts throughout the year Serving as a go-to finance partner for department leaders who want to understand their numbers Taking on high-visibility strategic projects and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership Finding smarter ways to report, automate, and tighten controls, without waiting for someone to ask What you bring A solid track record in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar finance role Serious Excel skills (models you've built from scratch, not just maintained) Hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboards for financial reporting NetSuite experience and a working comfort with Microsoft Access The ability to present financial information to non-finance audiences with clarity and confidence A self-starter mindset: you take ownership and see projects through Sharp attention to detail, even when juggling several priorities at once A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field is a plus Why this role A Senior title with genuine ownership of models, dashboards, and reporting Direct exposure to leadership and the decisions your work informs A collaborative team that values curiosity and initiative Interested?
