# Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time

Role Overview: The registered nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate nursing care across various units, including Long-Term Care, Memory Care, and Post Acute Care, in a supportive, homelike environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care to promote health, safety, and well-being. Deliver person-centered care tailored to individual needs and conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Support residents’ dignity and independence through personalized activities and assistance. Participate in ongoing education, training, and adherence to regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont. Relevant clinical experience, varying by unit specialization. Strong communication, compassionate caregiving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Additional Details: The role involves working in a newly renovated, welcoming community with state-of-the-art lighting, outdoor spaces, and a focus on wellness.
