# Senior Data Analyst

• Defining technical data quality rules Contributing to data profiling activities to determine data quality issues Defining business and technical data quality processing rules and coordinating implementation Interpreting data profiling and data quality analysis results Recommending remediation paths which may include retroactive data corrections to source systems Convening relevant work teams to address upstream source system issues and remediation
• Direct a Sustainable Data Program Contribute to the establishment of data program, policies and procedures by: Coordinating and supporting the activities of the data community Educating the team on data quality concepts and their responsibilities (data definitions, business rules, data quality monitoring and improvement) Assisting with the training
• Oversee Master Data Management Help drive organizational agreement on definitions, business rules and permissible domain values for enterprise-shared data by: Identifying data sources Assuring accuracy of data elements and timeliness of updates Convening appropriate work groups to build consensus surrounding key master data elements and to define enterprise standards and architecture Developing processes to drive consistent use of master data elements across systems Bachelor’s Degree in information services, math, business, Master’s degree or relevant experience preferred Experience in Voluum Tracking Solid understanding of data quality and data management Strong ability to organize information and data assets Ability to investigate and integrate information from varying sources and highlight inconsistencies Working knowledge of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint Must understand IT project management life-cycle including requirements-based testing Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels Must have experience leading and managing teams effectively Must have meeting facilitation and management skills
