Job Description Join our team and help build the future! We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Construction Truck Driver to transport materials to and from our active job sites. Responsibilities Safely operate flatbed truck and trailer to deliver equipment and materials to designated locations. Load and unload cargo using extendable boom forklift Load and unload Mini-Exacavator and skidsteer on trailer for job delivery Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and maintain vehicle safety standards. Assist Field Operation Superintendent to plan routes efficiently, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies to ensure timely deliveries. Assist with yard operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and managing manual handling tasks as needed. Use mobile devices or GPS systems to navigate routes accurately and communicate effectively with dispatch or team members. Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any questions professionally. Experience Previous job material and equipment delivery combined with commercial driving(class B) is highly preferred. Proven ability to operate flatbed trucks, vans, forklifts, skid steers, Mini-X is essential. Experience in manual handling, heavy lifting, and moving items safely in a yard or delivery setting. Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and moving carts is advantageous. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to weight handling in the workplace and safe driving practices is required. Demonstrated ability to adhere to traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies during route driving. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members using mobile devices or radios.
