What You'll Own Research, target, and open new client opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting Craft compelling outreach via phone and email to engage decision-makers Qualify prospects by uncovering real needs, shipping volumes, and budgets Keep the CRM current and your pipeline clean Who Wins Here You've hit quota and then beaten it. You have 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally with 1+ year in logistics. You communicate with confidence, stay organized under pressure, and don't need handholding to stay motivated. CRM experience required; Salesforce a plus. Skills: Inside sales, business development, outbound prospecting, sales process, social media outreach, analytical thinking, Salesforce.com.
