6+ Years of IT experience • 1.5 – 2 Yrs of Fusion HCM experience • Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application in Fusion Compensation Management. • Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager. • Deep Experience on Compensation Management related business processes. • Knowledgeable about Fusion Co-Existence scenarios. • Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security • Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application. • Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models • Good Communication and status reporting with customer • Effective coordination with multiple technical and support team • Work with the development staff to determine project requirements for test/production environments • Reports progress and activity to project leader and/or manager on a continuing basis All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
